Institute of Water Modelling (IWM) is an independent Trust established by the Govt. of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh providing specialist services to the government, national and international agencies in the field of computational hydraulics and allied sciences. IWM is now inviting applications for immediate appointment of the
above post.
The incumbent will be responsible for overall administrative functions including day-to-day administrative tasks and other relevant circumstantial responsibilities.
Educational
Qualification:
-
Masters degree in Economics/ Finance/ Public Administration/ Social Science from a reputed university.
-
At least 5 years practical experience in the similar position in a reputed national or international organizations.
-
Fair knowledge in accounting, transport management, security, legal aspects, Visa processing, air tickets, event management issues.
-
Should have experience to handle /face adverse situations.
-
Should have fair knowledge in inventory management.
-
Experience in liasion with government and other related organizations.
-
Good command in Microsoft Office package and internet.

Junior

IWM has an excellent working environment and scope for career development through HRD programme both in-house and abroad. IWM is now looking for appointment of some suitable Junior Engineers, who will have to work in the field of understanding hydrologic and hydraulic processes. This will ultimately lead to career development in computational hydraulics and mathematical modelling of the vast river systems of Bangladesh.
Educational Qualification:

Candidates having B.Sc Engg. degree in Civil / Water Resource Engineering are eligible to apply. Some experience in the field of Water Resources will be given preference. Candidates with demonstrated capacity will be offered attractive remuneration packages.
