Ms. Joya did her graduation in Water Resources Engineering from BUET in December 2004 and now continuing her M. Sc. in Water Resources Engineering from BUET.

Ms. Joya has over 3 years of professional experience in the field of Flood Management, Drainage Improvement and Hydrological and Hydrogeological Analysis. She received specialized training in Mathematical Modelling on MIKE 11, MIKE GIS and MIKE FLOOD. Ms. Joya joined Institute of Water Modelling (IWM) in April 2005 as a Junior Engineer and still working in this Institute.
