Mr. Anupam has a professional experience of more than 07 years in the field of Human Resource Management. He has joined Institute of Water Modelling (IWM) on 01 December, 2009. Since then he has been working in the Planning & Development Division. He worked as a Human Resources & Publications Assistant. His experiences cover processing in recruitment and selection process, processing Regularization, Promotion, Transfer process, conducting Training programme and Publication related activities etc.
