Experience Requirements :	Experience is not mandatory, but some experience in the field of Water Resources will be given preference.
Additional Job Requirements :	Age must be below 30 years. Strong communication and interpersonal skill. Must have a can-do attitude. The incumbent must have a mindset to work in a team. Must be able to multi- task and have a mindset to work under pressure. Must have a mindset to serve IWM at least two years Short listed candidates for written examination will be notified to submit a pay order of Tk. 1,000.00 in favour of Institute of Water Modelling
