Mohammed Mahmudul Hasan Khandokar began his academic journey with a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Feni Polytechnic Institute (FPI) in 2012, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the World University of Bangladesh (WUB), which he successfully completed in 2017. |

Since January 2020, Mr. Mohammed Mahmudul Hasan Khandokar has been working at the Institute of Water Modelling (IWM), where he is involved in quantity and cost estimation (water supply systems, sewerage systems, drainage systems, buildings, bridges, hydraulic structures, WTP & STP), BOQ preparation as per PWD, BWDB, LGED, and RHD SOR, rate analysis, construction monitoring, daily site supervision, quality assurance of materials and works, and vetting of contractors’ bills. He also supports the Team Leader through report preparation, technical coordination with subcontractors, issuing site instructions, and preparing measurement-based bills upon completion. From January 2019 to January 2020, he served as an Assistant Engineer at Ellipse Engineering & Construction Ltd., responsible for material estimation, BOQ preparation, cost assessments, Green Building construction works, and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) supervision. He prepared structural/architectural/as-built drawings, monitored construction quality, checked structural and finishing works, ensured material compliance, resolved site issues, revised drawings, and inspected reinforcement and footing conditions as per design. Between January 2017 and January 2018, Mr. Khandokar worked at Sharina Corporation Ltd. as an Assistant Engineer, where he prepared budgets and BOQs, supervised multiple civil projects, coordinated contractors and labor, ensured material and work quality, prepared running bills, assisted in planning, and maintained work schedules. From January 2013 to November 2016, he served as a Site Engineer (Civil) & CAD Officer at Pakiza Knit Composite Ltd., where he was involved in material estimation, preparation of structural/architectural/as-built drawings, layout surveys, supervision of cast-in-situ and pre-cast piling, pile load testing, bar bending schedules, and monitoring construction quality. He also inspected reinforcement detailing, prepared structural assessment reports, and supported compliance for Accord and Alliance audits. |
