Academic Chronology

Md Mizan Munshi has completed B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) in July 2019. Currently he is pursuing M.Sc. in Water Resources Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).

Professional Track Record

Mr. Md. Mizan commenced his professional career with NationTech Communication Ltd. in February 2020, where he was engaged in the construction management and supervision of a variety of infrastructure projects, including riverbank protective works/embankment construction, roads, buildings, and urban drainage. During this tenure, he effectively applied project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6 to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and implementation of construction activities.

In November 2021, Mr. Mizan joined IWM, where he has been actively involved in a diverse range of multidisciplinary projects, including Master Planning, Water Supply, Sanitation, Waste Management, and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). In the Master Plan Project, he was responsible for the technical review and evaluation of architectural and structural designs, encompassing buildings, roads, surface drainage systems, water supply networks, and rainwater harvesting systems, ensuring compliance with design standards and project requirements. He also has developed strong technical expertise in using advanced engineering software such as WaterGEMS, AERMOD View, and SoundPLAN Essential, applying these tools for Water supply network modelling, Air quality modelling, and Noise modelling. His greatest strength lies in execution of the project smoothly by meticulous planning & scheduling with coordination of all team members.
