Academic Chronology

Mr. Hasib completed his B.Sc and M.Sc in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology, in 2011 and 2015.

Professional Track Record

Mr. Hasib began his career as a design engineer with the ACE Consultants Ltd. in 2011. In January 2012, he joined IWM as a Junior Engineer. Thereafter, Mr. Hasib was engaged in applying advanced mathematical modeling techniques in the salinity intrusion, navigation in inland waterways, and morphological dynamics of rivers and estuaries.

Mr. Hasib received specialized training in flood modelling, and two-dimensional and sediment transport modeling. He has publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings.
