Mr. Md. Ashraf Ali Khan completed his Master of Social Science (MSS) in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka in 1996, following his Bachelor of Social Science with Honours in the same discipline in 1995. He later pursued his MBA with a major in Human Resource Management from Stamford University Bangladesh in 2008, graduating with distinction.

Professional Experience
With nearly two decades of experience in Human Resource Management and Development, Mr. Khan has established himself as a seasoned professional in the field. He has also developed expertise in publication, documentation, and communication. At the Institute of Water Modelling (IWM), he serves as the Head of Human Resource Development (HRD) playing a key role in managing HR operations and driving organizational development.
