IWM

IWM follows a well-defined policy document that is vetted and approved by the Board of Trustees. This policy document serves as a guiding framework for the institute's operations and activities, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards. To effectively manage and carry out its functions, IWM has a structured organogram in place. The management and activities of IWM are organized into different divisions and units, each headed by experienced professionals. There are 7 Divisions within IWM, each headed by a Director who oversees and manages the activities related to their respective divisions. Additionally, there are 6 Units headed by Unit Heads, who are responsible for managing specific units and carrying out specialized tasks. All heads of divisions and units come under the supervision of two Deputy Executive Directors, who play a vital role in managing and coordinating the overall operations of IWM.
