Academic Chronology

Maliha Islam Neha has completed her B.Sc. in Civil and Water Resources Engineering from the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) in May 2022. She is currently enrolled in the master’s program at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).

Professional Track Record

Ms. Neha started her career at the Institute of Water Modelling (IWM) in February 2023 and is presently working in the Water Supply, Sanitation, and Urban Water Management Division as a Junior Engineer. She has been involved in projects related to urban flood management and urban drainage systems, as well as water supply and sewage master planning by providing technical assistance. She has good knowledge of hydraulic modelling in relation to analysis and design of urban drainage systems, GIS-based spatial modelling and data analysis, Remote Sensing, & Report Writing.
