Academic Chronology

Md. Rafiquzzaman completed his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Information Technology and Science (UITS), Bangladesh in 2018, and obtained a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Mymensingh Polytechnic Institute in 2008. His strong academic background supports his 16+ years of experience in construction supervision, quality control, and infrastructure project management.

Professional Track Record

Md. Rafiquzzaman has more than 16 years of professional experience in civil engineering, specializing in building construction, road and drain works, and infrastructure project supervision. He has been working with the Institute of Water Modelling (IWM) as Resident Engineer (RE) for the 50 MLD Water Treatment Plant Construction Project under Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA). Previously, he served as Assistant Resident Engineer and Quality Control Engineer in several urban infrastructure projects under Gazipur City Corporation (Phase I & II), ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality assurance, and effective project coordination.

• Assistant Resident Engineer / Quality Control Engineer – Construction of Internal Roads, Surface Drains and Footpaths (Phase I & II), Gazipur City Corporation

•  Assistant Resident Engineer-Supervision of Internal Bridge and Culvert Project under the Gazipur City Corporation.

• Sub-Assistant Engineer – Supervision of multi-storied apartment and industrial factory buildings under Krishibid Group

• Project Engineer – Construction of six-storied commercial building, Ten storied Multistoried residential Building with Basement Work   under M/S Contemporary and Sedney Real Estate
