Academic Chronology

Sabbid Ibnul Gafur Shuvo obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in September 2017. He is currently pursuing his M.Sc. in Civil & Environmental Engineering at the same institution.

Professional Track Record

Mr. Shuvo commenced his professional career at the Institute of Water Modelling (IWM) in January 2019 and is presently serving as a Junior Engineer in the Water Supply, Sanitation, and Urban Water Management (WSU) Division. He has been actively engaged in a wide range of projects encompassing water supply and sewerage systems, as well as civil infrastructure, roads, and related works. Through these engagements, he has developed expertise in project planning, design, estimation, supervision, ESIA, Water Quality analysis, project proposal preparation, and overall project management. In addition, he possesses strong proficiency in water supply and sewerage modelling software, GIS mapping, AutoCAD, and technical report writing.
